Each piece is designed and handwoven by me in my Shrewsbury studio, unless otherwise stated.
Because each piece is individually handmade, they are subject to variations and irregularities. Such imperfections are to be considered an integral part of the work and not a defect.
All images and words on the website are my own and cannot be used without my approval.

The 2D digital sketch included in your commission is only meant to provide an approximate representation of the piece, therefore some small variations in color and size can be expected in the finished work.
The 2D digital sketch does not show texture. The materials and the artisanal techniques that I use to weave your piece are what give depth and the organic quality that is integral to my work.
Only a limited number of commissions is taken per year, to ensure I can devote enough time to each one.
Payment is taken in 2 installments, half after the sketch has been approved and before the weaving begins, half on completion of the piece, and before shipping.
You can withdraw your commission at any point, up until the first payment.

For custom pieces, returns are only accepted if there is a fault in the piece. In this case, please send an email to info@carlcabiddu.com with pictures and a written description and a refund will be made at our discretion. Returns are only accepted within 7 days of receiving delivery.
For non-custom pieces, returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving delivery. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
A refund will only be made after the item has been received in its original condition.
I will not take responsibility for lost parcels, please ensure your return parcel is tracked and insured.

Ready-to-ship orders will be posted within 1-5 days from the date of purchase. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a notification via email with your tracking information.
All orders are shipped using a signed and tracked 48h service (excluding weekends) via either Parcelforce Express or Royal Mail depending on the size/value of your parcel.
We currently ship within the UK only.
PRIVACY
We will respect the privacy of your personal data and will comply with all relevant and current data protection legislation. We will not disclose your personal data to anyone unless previously agreed.
